Excellent piece of Multi Colored crystal opal from Coober Pedy 12 x 6.3 mm in size and set in 14K solid yellow gold that acts like a pendulum, the opal is within blade prongs (as there are called) the setting has a small diamond as can be seen in the full photo below, excellent setting that allows the opal to more around and show its colors off, a nice little eye catcher, this really is a beautiful stone and shows it colors off best with some movement as all opals do, the play of color within this opal has to be seen in real life to be fully appreciated as the photos do not do it full justice and I take a pretty good photo.
