Large medium quality gray opal, wire wrapped in 14k gold filled wire, there is a variety of colors plus quite a bit of Sparkle & Fire as the play of color (se link below) within the opal kicks in, the opal is skin to skin and has made a nice large plain opal pendant, fit for a present. it has a highly polished surface although it does not look like it in the photos, this is a one and only piece and was found, cut, polished and wire wrapped by me Stuart Bird.

The play of color within the opals is Superb plus this is GENUINE OPAL used in this Inlay Piece, it is a large item and will be an eye catcher for sure, attractively wire wrapped in 14k gold filled wire (vermeil) and is held within prongs. (claws) Read about Gold Filled Wire Here.
