This piece of wire wrapped opal jewelry is set a low quality green crystal doublet with a couple of small impurities
(cotton) in the bottom half of the stone, this is still a nice little opal doublet &
looks better in real life as it is a real nice sea green, would make a nice little opal jewelry present for
a daughter or maybe grand daughter.
The play of color within the opal
is very good plus this is a GENUINE OPAL DOUBLET, 1.89 cts in weight and is very attractively
wire wrapped in 14k gold filled wire (vermeil) and is
held within prongs. (claws)
