A nice piece of opal wire wrap jewelry, made up with a velvet obsidian with blue, burgundy and brown colors with a mottled "Tortoiseshell" look about it, the piece has one large strip of multi colored opal, a very nice combination and the play of color (see link below) within the inlaid opal jewelry is excellent, it has a highly polished surface although it does not look like it in the photos, this is a one and only piece and was found, cut, polished and wire wrapped by me Stuart Bird.

The play of color within the opals is Superb plus this is GENUINE OPAL used in this Inlay Piece, it is a large item and will be an eye catcher for sure, attractively wire wrapped in 14k gold filled wire (vermeil) and is held within prongs. (claws) Read about Gold Filled Wire Here.
