This opal inlay gemstone is a 2nd & is made with opals that are selected
from a medium quality gray opal, inlayed with a velvet obsidian that has dark colors
with a swirl effect & has a look of a mottled "Tortoiseshell" about
it. The play of
color in the opal is very good & there is a sand spot in the opal on the left
h/side ¾ down & the back is of black obsidian with a matt finish,
this opal inlay gemstone has a nice unique shape to it & is a one of
a kind, that will make a very nice & unusual piece of opal jewelry.
