A very unique opal triplet is made from a semi black opal, it is a nice dark opal triplet with the play of color within the opal quite excellent as you can see it has lots of RED spots in it and the blue spots are what we call electric blue, when you see the opal triplet in real life, it looks like the blue spots are on the surface of the gemstone, this type of opal really has FIRE and sparkles with and any kind of movement and as with all opals it is a one of a kind, has a very small chip at the top which will be cover when set. The play of color within this opal is Excellent, the photos below are a Not the Best Representation of the opal colors present [depending on your monitor] and they cannot show you the richness and depth nor the full colors and pattern present within this opal as it can be seen with the naked eye in real life in the natural light, all opals need some movement to show off the colors and FIRE present, so it is hard to show you all of the above in the photos below, the opal and was found, cut, polished and by me Stuart Bird
